Ray Rosher and Team American Claim First Sailfish Title of Season

Using Stren Stamina line on a Penn 16VS reel, Ray Rosher and Team American won the first tournament of the South Florida sailfish season, which took place December 13-14. Team American ran away with a prize package worth over $57,000. The kickoff event too place out of Coconut Grove, Fla.

Team American secured the victory by releasing a two-day total of 22 sailfish, which also gave them the honors of Top Captain (Ray Rosher), Top Female Angler (Charmain Rosher), and Top Angler (Damon Choest).
